Frequently Asked Questions About Wagyu Import Support
①Is it possible to negotiate the price for bulk purchases?
If you buy 500 kg or more, we can provide a special quote based on weight.
②Is it possible to hold face-to-face business meetings?
You can go directly to our headquarters or we can have online business meetings by Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat or Line.
③Is it possible to specify the production area, cattle brand, and grade?
Yes, all of the above can be specified. Please referhere.
④What parts of Wagyu beef can we choose to buy?
You can buy the parts you need. Below is a list of parts.
⑤What conditions do we need to import Wagyu beef?
The most important thing is the import license. Although some countries do not require this, please check with your local JETRO office for confirmation in advance. It may take some time for an import license to be approved in some countries. Importing Wagyu directly can reduce costs significantly, but importers also need to follow certain procedures.
⑥I want to export livestock at home, can I only ask for export procedures?
It is possible if your sales destination in that locality has been decided and the import issues (import licenses,...) have been clearly resolved. Please feel free to contact us.
⑦Can we return the goods?
As a general rule, returns are not accepted due to the characteristics of the items.
⑧How long is the expiration date?
From the date of processing, cold storage items (0 degrees to 2 degrees) last 45 to 60 days, and frozen storage items last 2 years.
